1. Who you're dealing with

Julia [SURNAME], trading as Fully Booked Co. Based in Poland. Contact: juliette@gofullybooked.co

2. What this site is

A description of what I do, a form to ask for a free audit, and Ivy — an AI assistant who can answer questions about the offers. Nothing on this site is a contract or a binding offer. Ivy can describe what I do; she can't agree to anything on my behalf, quote outside the published ranges, or promise a result. If she appears to, she's wrong, and this page and the signed agreement win.

3. Prices

Every price shown is a starting point, marked "from". What you'd actually pay depends on scope, and I quote that individually and confirm it in writing before any work starts. Current starting points: the Booking Engine from $800 a month plus a one-time setup fee from $500; social from $2,000 a month plus a one-time $250 onboarding fee; ecommerce and creator retention from $800 a month; a website from $200, only as an add-on to one of the monthly plans above (not sold on its own).

4. The free audit

Free, and there's no obligation attached to it. It's yours to keep and use however you like, including doing all of it yourself with someone else.

I aim to come back within a few days. That's an intention, not a promise.

5. What I don't promise

I don't guarantee specific results — no revenue figures, no booking numbers, no follower counts, no search rankings. Anyone who guarantees those is guessing.

6. Working together

If we work together, the scope, the price, the payment schedule and the notice period are set out in an agreement we both sign before anything starts. That agreement is what governs the work — not this page. If the two ever disagree, the signed agreement wins. Sections 7 to 12 describe what that agreement will normally say, so there are no surprises.

7. Term, cancellation and notice

Retainers run for an initial term of three months, billed monthly. After the first three months the retainer rolls month to month.

Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice. Email counts as written notice, and it goes to the same address you signed up through — cancelling is never harder than starting was. You can give notice at any point during the initial term; the retainer simply ends at the later of the end of the notice period or the end of the third month.

Work already delivered before the end date is paid for. Work not started isn't.

8. Payment, renewals and refunds

Monthly retainers are billed in advance, at the start of each month. Setup and onboarding fees are billed once, before work starts.

Before each renewal I'll send a reminder that shows the amount, the date, and how to cancel. Nothing renews silently.

Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable once work has started. Monthly retainers aren't refunded for partial months. If I fail to deliver what the agreement says in a given month, that month is refunded or credited — your choice.

Late payment pauses delivery until it's settled. It doesn't cancel the agreement or the notice period.

9. What's included, and what isn't

Each script and each edit includes one round of revisions. Further rounds are a paid add-on, quoted before the work.

The platforms I post to are named in the agreement. Adding a platform is a new quote, not an assumption.

Rush turnaround, event coverage, and volume beyond what the agreement lists are quoted separately.

10. What I need from you

For the social offer specifically: raw footage within five business days of receiving a shot list; approvals within 48 hours; and posting access to the accounts named in the agreement.

If any of those slip, the delivery timeline pauses for the same amount of time. It doesn't void the agreement and it doesn't reduce the fee — I've reserved the time either way.

11. Who owns what

Finished content I make for you is yours once it's paid for — post it, reuse it, keep it after we stop working together.

I keep a perpetual, non-exclusive right to show that work in my portfolio, case studies and pitches. If there's something you'd rather I didn't show, say so and it comes out.

The writing, images and code on this website are mine.

12. Liability, governing law and disputes

My total liability to you for anything arising from our work together is capped at the fees you paid me in the three months before the claim. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost bookings, lost followers, or the like — however they arise. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms and any agreement between us are governed by the law of Poland, and any dispute goes to the courts of Poland. Before either of us goes there, we agree to try to sort it out by email or a call first, in good faith, for at least 30 days.

13. Changes to this page

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
